TINHIFI Return Policy
1. Return Period
  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving the product.
  • Please contact us promptly before initiating a return to ensure a smooth process.
2. Return Conditions
  • The returned product must be unused and in the same condition as when originally purchased.
  • Please return the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and all included items together.
  • If the return is due to non-manufacturing defects (e.g., a change of mind), the return shipping costs will be borne by the buyer.
3. Return Process
  • Step 1: Contact our customer service team via email (admin@tinhifi.com) with your order number and reason for return.
  • Step 2: We will respond with a return address and detailed instructions.
  • Step 3: Securely package the product and ship it to the designated address, retaining the tracking number for reference.
  • Step 4: Upon receiving and inspecting the return, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days.
4. Refund Method
  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Original shipping fees and return shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Refund processing time may vary depending on the payment provider, typically arriving within 3-10 business days after confirmation.
5. Special Cases
  • Incorrect Product: If you receive a product different from your order, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement.
  • Defective Product: If the product has a manufacturing defect upon receipt, notify us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund.
  • Customized Products: Unless there is a manufacturing issue, customized products are not eligible for return or exchange.
6. Products Purchased from Non-Official Sources
  • If your product was not purchased directly from TINHIFI’s official channels, please contact the TINHIFI distributor or retailer from whom you made the purchase. They will provide you with professional assistance.
7. Warranty Service
  • TINHIFI products come with a 12-month free warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects. For warranty support, please contact our customer service team.
